The apartment is situated in one of Nerja’s most popular urbanizations in the centre of the town called “Fuentes de Nerja”. This beautiful beach side location offers wonderful accommodation close to the shops, restaurants and bars for which Nerja is so famous, yet less than 100 metres walk from the beach.

Within the complex is a large pool surrounded by communal gardens, ideal for sunbathing.  A lifeguard is in attendance at the poolside during the peak holiday season.

The spacious accommodation comprises two bedrooms, one double and one twin and two bathrooms, one being en suite.  Both bedrooms benefit from a generous amount of shelving and hanging space contained within the fitted wardrobes.

The fully fitted kitchen has a cooker, microwave, fridge / freezer, washing machine, as well as most of the basics including a toaster and kettle and an iron and ironing board. 

There is a large comfortable lounge and combined dining areas, with Television, and Radio / CD player.  There is also a DVD player and small selection of DVDs for you to enjoy as well as a collection of books; you are more than welcome to help yourself to a book to read but we do ask that you leave one in its place for the next guests.  There is a sofa-bed in the lounge providing additional sleeping space for 2 adults if required.

The last area is the large balcony, west facing for the afternoon and evening sun and overlooking the communal pool and gardens. A wonderful place to relax and enjoy an evening drink around the table.  The balcony area is fully enclosed by metal shutters that can be kept down for additional shade or lifted fully to benefit from the glorious sunshine for which the region is so famous.

For your comfort the apartment has air conditioning units in the bedrooms and lounge / dining area, this will also act as a heating system during the cooler winter months.
